The EUC team is responsible for engineering and operations for a wide variety of platforms and technologies within the end-user workspace, with a particular focus on the firm’s electronic communications and collaboration platforms. This is a hands-on technical role that offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment focused on elevating the end-user experience across the firm.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

You’ll serve as a senior hands-on engineering lead within the EUC team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

        • Serve as a hands-on technical owner for a set of critical technologies that the EUC team supports, including designing, implementing, upgrading, and operating solutions across the end-user computing space, from next-generation mobile experiences to enterprise AI integrations within collaboration platforms.
        • Act as a liaison and senior escalation point for high-level troubleshooting of the Windows desktop operating system, working strategically with other engineering teams to expand the firm’s automation toolset and drive various technology initiatives for the firm.
        • Mentor engineers and operations staff, fostering their growth and enabling them to deliver complex projects independently.

        Who we’re looking for

        • At least ten years of relevant experience in the end-user computing space; a degree in computer science (or another technical discipline) is preferred.
        • Deep expertise in one or more areas of end-user computing, such as Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange, Microsoft productivity suite (Office 365), collaboration platforms (SharePoint Online), mobile access (MDM, BYOD), compliance-related controls, and third-party communication tools (Slack, AV).
        • Experience in managing endpoint tools (SCCM), remote access solutions (Citrix), and the tools and practices used to monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the end-user computing environment.
        • Keen organizational skills and extensive experience executing large infrastructure rollouts and technical improvements that impact end users.
        • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with varied departments across the firm.
        • Prior experience as a team lead or mentor is highly desired, as is proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or another similar language.
        • The expected annual base salary for this position is $225,000 to $325,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program
