The D. E. Shaw group seeks a highly motivated, entrepreneurial controller to join Threadlock Precision, its newly launched private equity platform focused on acquiring and scaling precision manufacturing businesses. As an early member of the team, this position will play a foundational role in building the finance function to support a fast-growing network of profitable, industrial operating companies.
